Certificates of Elevation taken from paper form filed in the Community Development Department. Forms are entered into an Access database and then forwarded to the GIS Department monthly, where they are linked to the lot coverage by locid attribute to create a shapefile.
To determine the finished floor elevation of structures in a flood zone which were built after 1975.
