Flood Zone Buffer

A 100 foot buffer on either side of a flood zone boundary line.
The buffer was created for use with the fema layer. There is a lack of confidence in the fema layer because of the scale of the paper maps used to create it. Any properties falling within the buffer should be checked using the official Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for clarification.
